As a holistic healthcare practitioner, Dr. Pape is a gatekeeper for his patient’s overall health and wellness – a holistic doctor using the spine as his portal of entry to the body
While traditional medicine looks at the body as a series of autonomous systems working independently of each other, Dr. Pape understands the intricate and intimate interrelation of the bodies systems, and that affecting one system will affect all of the other systems of the body. With this knowledge always at the forefront, Dr. Pape will search for the root cause of any challenges you are experiencing, and take steps to correct it via a combination of chiropractic adjustments, lifestyle modifications and exercise, and dietary and nutritional recommendations.

In order to assure that his patients receive the highest levels of care, Dr. Pape has earned two post-graduate degrees, one in Chiropractic Sports Medicine and a second in Pediatrics, becoming the first Long Island-based Chiropractor certified by the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice, as well as finishing a third in Neurosensory Integration.
Dr. Pape realizes that the absence of pain or symptoms is not the presence of health. Thus, he uses his Three to Thrive Method, a 3 pronged approach to allow his patients to thrive, not just survive. Also, not wanting the wellness message to be confined solely to his office, Dr.Pape hosts a weekly public access cable show on Cablevision channel 20 and gives regular informational lectures on topics ranging from the dangers of inflammation and vaccinations to the ever-expanding fields of anti-aging, wellness care, and epigenetics.
